  • Call to Order and Attendance
  • David Koenig, President. Treasurer Aaron Barnholt. VP Jason Hollinger, Brian Lane, Jeff Nowack, Michelle Smith, Jo Massaro, Dom Massaro.

Welcome and Opening remarks (7:00) – Association President David Koenig

  • Minutes –
    • March Meeting – The minutes were read and accepted by the board.
  • Reports

President – Dave gave an update…

            Treasurer/Finance – Aaron Barnholt gave update. 9 homes outstanding. Discussed handing matter over to lawyers. Went over current account balances. Association continues to be in good financial shape. Dave set the budget meeting for July 8th.

  • Committee Reports 

            Architectural Control – Brian Lane gave update. Approved 3 – 4 requests. Most did not require approval.

            Parks and Recreation – Jo gave update on hour in the park and some of the infrastructure maintenance that needs done in the park. Currently looking for ways to get more people involved that may not have small kids to assist with food/activities. Dave read a letter he got from the city regarding the city providing equipment to help with storm drains. Discussed painting benches.

            Welcome Committee – Skipped.

Landscape – Michelle gave an update. Dave stated that neighbors may have decorations, mulch, other items that we can put out front. Discussed electrical issues with the lighting.

Maintenance – Mike gave an update…

Communications – Jason Hollinger gave update that things on Facebook are going well. Discussion on living streaming.

  • Old Business

Clean up day – Day set for July the 19th, the city will provide a dumpster for that day only.


Light Post Banners – They will be installed in June or July.

  • New Business

Jason discussed wording for a possible resolution. Dave feels we need to form a committee to look into this issue consisting of one of us and neightbors.

  • Next Meeting – Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, St. Joe Community Hall
