The quarterly Wedgewood Place Neighborhood Association meeting will be held on September 6th, 7PM at the St. Joe Township Community Hall. Food donations will be accepted, but not required to attend the meeting. All members of the community are welcome.

Our homeowners association is hosting a community garage sale on Saturday, June 3rd.

This is a great opportunity to rid your home of any unwanted items and earn some extra cash! Whether it’s clothes, toys, furniture, or kitchen gadgets – it’s all fair game.

Furthermore, attending from outside the HOA could be a great opportunity for people to know our neighborhood — and who knows, it could be the perfect opportunity for you to meet your new neighbor!

The remaining Quarterly Wedgewood Place Neighborhood Association meeting for 2023 will be held on the following dates…
• Monday June 5th, 7PM
• Monday September 11th, 7PM (Election of Officers)
• Monday December 4th, 7PM

Meeting Location will be the St. Joe Township Community Hall. Food donations will be accepted, but not required to attend the meeting. All members of the community are welcome. Meeting Agenda to be posted closer to the meeting date.

Please avoid parking in front of mailboxes as it obstructs access to them. Let’s work together in keeping our community orderly by finding appropriate alternatives to park our cars.

We kindly request you to place your trash cans against the side of your house until the next garbage collection day.

The trash cans sitting out for prolonged periods create an eyesore and obstruct passageways during the day. Additionally, it may attract animals or insects when left outside for an extended period, causing potential hazards to the neighborhood.

It’s our goal to maintain a tidy and safe environment for everyone in the community. Therefore, we urge all homeowners to do their part in keeping the neighborhood in its best condition.
